Contractor Interest Notice Issued for Upcoming Residential Remodel Projects

The Yavapai-Apache Nation Tribal Housing Department (YANTH) is seeking licensed and bonded contractors interested in upcoming residential remodeling projects.

YANTH is currently developing the scope of work for two residential remodel projects and is inviting qualified contractors to express their interest before project details are finalized.

This is not a request for bids, proposals, or pricing. The purpose of this notice is to establish an initial list of interested contractors. Additional project information and future procurement opportunities will be shared as project planning progresses.

Contractors interested in these upcoming projects are encouraged to contact the Project Manager by Friday, July 31, 2026, to be included on the initial list of interested contractors.
