Project Overview
The Yavapai-Apache Nation Tribal Housing Department is seeking licensed and bonded contractors interested in two upcoming residential remodeling projects.
The project scopes are currently being finalized. Qualified contractors are encouraged to contact YANTH to receive additional project information, including the scope of work and pricing requirements for the listed projects.

Contractor Requirements
- Hold a current Arizona contractor license applicable to residential remodeling.
- Hold current Yavapai-Apache Nation Business License
- Maintain all required bonding and insurance.
- Be qualified to perform residential remodeling work.
