About the Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for the Nation’s future by identifying key priorities, goals, and actions that support Tribal Members, strengthen services, preserve culture, and guide long-term development.
Developed through Tribal Council planning sessions, department engagement, community discussions, and supporting data analysis, the Strategic Plan is intended to provide shared direction, coordinated action, and measurable progress across the Nation.
The plan will help guide future planning efforts, resource allocation, organizational priorities, and ongoing evaluation of progress toward community goals.
