About the Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan provides a roadmap for the Nation’s future. It identifies priorities, goals, and actions that support Tribal Members, strengthen services, preserve culture, and guide long-term development.
Developed through Tribal Council planning sessions, department engagement, community discussions, and supporting data analysis, the plan provides shared direction and a framework for coordinated action and measurable progress.
It will help guide planning, resource allocation, organizational priorities, and ongoing evaluation of progress toward community goals.
