Holiday Assistance check distribution will take place Friday, November 20, 2026, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Council Chambers, 2400 W. Datsi St., Camp Verde, AZ.

Please bring a valid photo ID. Picking up another member’s check requires a completed and notarized Check Pick-Up Request Form. Forms are available on the Nation’s website and at the Enrollment Office. Completed forms must be submitted before distribution to the Enrollment Office or emailed to lnahee@yan-tribe.org.

Checks not picked up will be sent by certified mail to the address on file.
