Reminder – Final Days for 90 Day Challenge Weigh-In

This is a reminder that the final two days to complete your weigh-in for the Yavapai-Apache Nation “Just Move It” 90 Day Challenge are here.

Participants are encouraged to stop by the CHR Office (Middle Verde Food Bank) to complete their final weigh-in and receive their incentive item.

Final Weigh-In Dates & Times:

• April 16: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• April 17: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Please remember to bring your activity log. If you have misplaced it, additional copies are available at the office.

Community members are encouraged to help spread the word, especially to those who may not have access to email.
