Notice: Outstanding Per Capita Checks

The Yavapai-Apache Nation has identified previously issued per capita checks that remain outstanding.

Tribal members are asked to check the verified list before contacting the Enrollment Department:

If your name is not on the list, you do not currently have an outstanding check.

If your name is listed, please contact the YAN Enrollment Department for assistance:

Enrollment can confirm whether your check is available for pickup. If a previous check must be canceled and reissued, please allow up to 10 days for processing.

Tribal members are also encouraged to verify that their current mailing address is on file and update it with Enrollment if needed.
