Class Descriptions:
•My Pilates class is a Mat Pilates that can be accompanied with weights (weights and mats are not provided by instructor). My Pilates class is a full-body movement experience that will tone, strengthen, lengthen, and engage all the big and small core muscles of the body.
•Stretch and Flex is a class that will begin with a mat-based workout to target your key postural muscles, and conclude with a series of stretches designed to release tension, and improve mobility.
