Keeping Our Communities Active – Sports Registration Support (2026)

The Yavapai-Apache Nation Diabetes Program is providing assistance with sports registration fees for eligible youth and adults participating in athletic activities during 2026, while funding is available.

This support may include registration fees for:

• Sports leagues

• Tournaments

• Camps

• Other eligible athletic activities

Important program information:

• Requests for assistance must be submitted at least 30 days in advance

• Reimbursements are not available

• Registration fees are limited to two (2) per year, per individual, with exceptions for Grasshopper Basketball and school sports fees

• Membership fees (such as karate, gymnastics, etc.) are no longer paid annually

• Out-of-state tournaments are not covered

Funding is limited and eligibility requirements apply.
