JOM School Fee Assistance

The Yavapai-Apache Nation Johnson O’Malley (JOM) Program will cover school fees for students attending Camp Verde High School (CVHS) and Mingus Union High School (MUHS) who are enrolled in the JOM Program and have a valid Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) on file.

If your student is already enrolled in JOM, simply inform the school that they are a JOM student. The school will not charge you for eligible fees and will instead forward the invoice directly to the JOM Program.

If your student is not currently enrolled in JOM, please contact us so we can provide you with an enrollment form. The completed form must be returned along with a copy of the student’s Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB). If your student’s information needs to be updated, we will contact you directly
