Community Class Announcement: Fermentation Class
The Yavapai-Apache Nation is sharing information about an upcoming Fermentation Class led by Chef Molly Beverly.
Participants will learn the basics of fermentation, including tasting samples, simple recipes, the fermentation process, and related health benefits. Each participant will leave with one quart jar of fermented vegetables.
