Community Announcement: Free Vital Check Station & Wellness Drawing

The Yavapai-Apache Nation Community Health Representatives (CHR will be hosting a Free Vital Check Station for community members.

Event Details:

• Date: Thursday, December 18

• Time: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Location: Middle Verde Food Bank / CHR Office

Participants 18 years and older who receive their vital checks will be entered into a drawing for a Healthy Gift Basket filled with wellness essentials.
