TERO is seeking clients for the following job opportunities:

•Herco Plastering LLC, Prescott, is looking for a stucco laborer for work on the YANTH Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) #9 home construction. Starting pay is $21.25 per hour and est. start date will be provided. Must complete required employer application process.

•Precision Marble, Prescott, is looking for a marble counter installer helper for work on the YANTH LIHTC #9 home construction. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour and reliable transportation is a must. Employee will need to report to the manufacturing plant each day located in Prescott to help load product for installation at job site. Estimated start date is 8/1/25.

•Gale Contractor Services in looking for a Garage Door Installer trainee for work on YANTH LIHTC #9. Starting pay is $18.16 per hour. Must pass drug screening and background check prior to employment. Must complete a two (2) week training program followed by supervised hands-on-training prior to becoming fully qualified.

•Gale Contractor Services in looking for a Gutter Installer trainee for work on YANTH LIHTC #9. Starting pay is $18.16 per hour. Must pass drug screening and background check prior to employment. Must complete a two (2) week training program followed by supervised hands-on-training prior to becoming fully qualified.
