𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐁𝐢𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝟑𝟖 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬

The Yavapai-Apache Nation Housing department will hold a meeting to discuss an upcoming construction project on Tuesday, October 2, 2024 at the Tunlii Community Building located at 1520 E. Cherry Creek Road in Camp Verde, AZ. The meeting will start promptly at 8:30 am.

The project will be funded through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and is expected to start vertical construction in March of 2025. Water & Sewer have an anticipated start date of December 1, 2024 with shallow utilities to immediately follow.

Interested parties should attend to learn about the scope and location of the project, bid, and construction timeline, and the processes we follow when building homes.
