Fire Alert – Brush Fire Near Clarkdale (Resolved)

The brush fire near Cement Plant Road in Clarkdale has been contained and the immediate threat to Reservation lands has been mitigated.

Emergency responders have completed their initial response, and no further protective actions are being requested from community members at this time.

The Yavapai-Apache Nation thanks all responding agencies and community members for their cooperation during the incident.

The Yavapai-Apache Nation has been made aware of a brush fire in the Clarkdale area near Cement Plant Road, in close proximity to the Reservation.

Emergency personnel are actively responding, and the situation remains dynamic. Due to the fire’s location and the potential for changing conditions, there is concern that the fire could spread toward Reservation lands.

Out of an abundance of caution, community members are encouraged to remain indoors, stay alert, and monitor official Yavapai-Apache Nation communication channels for updates.

The Chief of Police is en route and additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

Please avoid the area and allow emergency personnel to respond safely.
