Community Notice – JOM Student Enrollment & Update Forms
The Johnson O’Malley (JOM) Program is currently accepting applications and updates for student enrollment.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to complete a JOM application if their student is not currently enrolled or to update existing files as needed.
Important Reminders:
- Current addresses are required for all students
- Please notify JOM if your student has changed schools
- If your student is graduating or promoting (8th grade), please inform the JOM office so they can be included in planning
Some student records may no longer reflect current school enrollment. Updating your information helps ensure services and support are provided accurately.
