Neighborhood Watch Community Needs Assessment Survey

The Yavapai-Apache Police Department is requesting community input to help guide the development of the Neighborhood Watch Program.

This survey is open to all residents within Yavapai-Apache Nation communities and will be available for approximately 30 days. Feedback will help identify priorities and better tailor public safety efforts to meet community needs.

Paper surveys are also available at the YAPD Station in Middle Verde.

Completed paper surveys can be emailed to Mina Eppinger at meppinger@yan-tribe.org or dropped off at the YAPD station.

Community members are encouraged to take a few minutes to complete the survey and share their input.
