The YAN Diabetes Program is sponsoring ongoing group fitness classes at the YAN Rec Center.

Class Schedule

Core Fundamentals Fitness
Tuesdays & Wednesdays
5:30 PM

Gentle Yoga
Tuesdays
12:00 PM

Classes are led by licensed fitness professional Sara Woolsey.

Free for YAN community members. Guests may attend with a community member.

These classes provide a welcoming space to focus on movement, strength, and overall wellness.
