The Yavapai–Apache Nation Tribal Housing Department has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Underground Utilities and Roadway work associated with the Tax Credit #10 Housing Project.

Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM (Arizona Time)

Pre-Bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held for contractors interested in learning more about the project.

• Time: 8:30 AM

• Location: Tunlii Community Building
  1520 E. Cherry Creek Road, Camp Verde, AZ

The pre-bid meeting will provide an overview of the project scope, location, anticipated construction timeline, and bidding process. Interested parties are encouraged to attend.
