Community Announcement: Car Seat Check Event – December 5, 2025

The Yavapai–Apache Nation, in partnership with the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona WIC Program and regional emergency service partners, will be hosting a Car Seat Check Event on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Certified car seat technicians will be available to:

• Inspect your child’s current car seat

• Verify that it meets up-to-date safety standards

• Provide free replacement seats for those that do not meet current requirements (while supplies last)

Eligibility Requirements:

• The child and vehicle must be present at the event

• Each child is eligible for one car seat, available while supplies last
