2026 Gathering of the Pai – Event Information & Participation Forms

Community members are advised that the 2026 Gathering of the Pai will be hosted by the Havasupai Tribe from June 5–7, 2026.

The Yavapai-Apache Nation is sharing the following information and participation materials for Tribal Members who may be interested in attending or participating in the event.

Event Information

The event flyer includes information regarding:

• Helicopter transportation
• Camping information
• Cargo and baggage fees
• Hiking access
• Culture leave/admin leave reminders for Tribal employees

The Nation will provide one round-trip helicopter ride for enrolled Tribal Members on a first-come, first-served basis. Tribal ID will be required.

Community members interested in being added to the helicopter manifest must contact Marley Juan by May 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
