The Enrollment Department now requires a Check Pick-Up Request Form for all disbursements being picked up by someone other than the recipient. Verbal/phone requests will not be accepted.

Forms can be found here or by coming into the Enrollment Office.

The deadline to submit check pick-up requests is the day before disbursement no later than 5:00 pm. Check Pick-Up Request Forms will not be accepted on disbursement day. Any remaining checks will be delivered by certified mail the following week. As soon as the Enrollment Department is notified of the date of disbursement, the dates will be posted on the website. Please check back for these dates.
