150 Mile Challenge

The Yavapai-Apache Nation Diabetes, CHR & WIC Programs invite community members of all ages to participate in the 2026 150 Mile Challenge.

Whether you’re walking, jogging, or running, the challenge is a great opportunity to stay active, improve your health, and work toward a personal fitness goal. Participants will have approximately three months to complete 150 miles while tracking their progress.

Registration & Initial Weigh-In

Participants can register and complete their initial weigh-in at the CHR Office during the following dates:

Monday, August 3 – Thursday, August 6, 2026
7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Mileage logs and participant packets will be available during registration.

Challenge Schedule

  • Challenge Begins: Friday, August 7, 2026
  • Challenge Ends: Monday, November 9, 2026
  • Final Weigh-In & Mileage Log Deadline: Tuesday, November 10, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Participants should return to the CHR Office to complete their final weigh-in and submit their mileage log.

Participation Information

  • Open to all ages
  • Participant incentives are available
  • Miles may be earned through walking, jogging, or running
  • Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the registration waiver
  • Individuals with medical conditions are encouraged to consult their primary care provider before participating

Registration Form & Waiver

A participant registration form and waiver are required to participate in the 150 Mile Challenge. Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.
