The Yavapai-Apache Nation Enrollment Department (link: Enrollment Program – Yavapai-Apache Nation) would like to remind all Tribal Members about keeping mailing and physical addresses updated. This helps to prevent delays in receipt of correspondence (checks, newsletters, other information) mailed by the Yavapai-Apache Nation. Power of Attorney forms are encouraged for those who need individuals to act on their behalf (only in matters pertaining to Enrollment, such as checks, attaining documents, or updating information). The Enrollment Department now requires a Check Pick-up Request Form for any future disbursements. Only written communication will be accepted on disbursement day (NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE APPROVED). All forms can be found on the Yavapai-Apache Nations website at the link below, or come into our office for a visit.

The deadline for check pick-up requests is the day before disbursement day at 5:00 pm. Check pick-up requests will not be accepted on disbursement day, and the remaining checks will be delivered by certified mail the following week. As soon as the Enrollment Department is notified of the date for Disbursement Day, the dates will be posted on the website. Please check back for these dates. Your assistance is appreciated! If you have any concerns or further explanation, don’t hesitate to call us or send an email.
