Attorney General’s Office
The Office of the Attorney General Anthony Canty is located in the Yavapai-Apache Nation Administration Building in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Attorney General’s Office provides general legal counsel to the Nation’s Tribal Leaders, programs, departments and tribal enterprises.
Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program
The Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program under the direction of John Rogers is located in the Yavapai-Apache Nation’s Community Services Building in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program provides rehabilitation, counseling and substance abuse support services to tribal members.
Yavapai-Apache Cultural Resource Center
The Yavapai-Apache Cultural Resource Program is located in the Middle Verde Development District, across the street from the Hotel at Cliff Castle Road on Middle Verde Road. The Cultural Resources Program offers both the Apache and Yavapai culture preservation, as well as a digital and technology program that archives and preserves written and oral history. The Culture Program provides several activities throughout the year that heightens the awareness about history, culture and tribal traditions of the Yavapai-Apache people. Vincent Randall is director of the Apache Culture Department and Gertie Smith is director of the Yavapai Culture Department.
Yavapai-Apache Day Care
The Yavapai-Apache Nation’s Day Care program is located in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Day Care provides supervised child care to enrolled children of the Yavapai-Apache Nation. Ophelia Tewawina is the manager of the Day Care Center.
Economic Development
The Economic Development department is located in Camp Verde community on the Yavapai-Apache Nation. The Economic Development department provides general oversight, research and planning on all economic driven initiatives for the tribal government.
Elder and Disabled Advocacy Office
The Elder and Disabled Advocacy Office with Christine Cook is located in the Senior Building in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Elder and Disabled Office provides administrative support, advocacy and public awareness programs to tribal elders and tribal members.
Enrollment Program
The Tribal Enrollment Office is located in the Yavapai-Apache Nation Administration Building in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Enrollment Program provides resources for tribal enrollment, census and tribal identification to members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
Farm & Ranch
The Farm and Ranch Program managed by Yolanda Trujillo 649-6909 is headquartered at the Clover Leaf Ranch in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Farm and Ranch program provides general agricultural oversight and programming to the tribal community.
Finance
The Finance Department is located in the Yavapai-Apache Nation Administration Building in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Finance department provides general financial oversight, accounts payable and receivable, analysis and audit services to the tribal government.
Food Bank
The Food Bank is located in the Middle Verde tribal community next to the Day Care Center. Lavina Sanchez is the manager @649-7125. The Food Bank Program is a supplemental food program and is designed to assist members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation in nutritional emergency need.

Gaming Commission
The Gaming Commission is located in the Middle Verde Development District, below Cliff Castle Casino. The Gaming Commission provides regulatory oversight and compliance services to the tribaly owned gaming facility.
Grants and Contracts
The Grants and Contracts Office with Robert Mills and Laurie Stevens is located in the Yavapai-Apache Nation’s administrative center in Middle Verde. The Grants and Contracts Office provides general oversight and preparation of the tribal government’s grant-based funding sources.
Higher Education
The Higher Education Program with Lisa Sandoval is headquartered in the Middle Verde tribal community with a satellite office in the Clarkdale tribal community. The Higher Education Program offers educational assistance to enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation through tuition/financial assistance, college preparation and academic resources. Human Resources
The Human Resources Office under Esther Sanchez, director, is located in the Middle Verde tribal community, adjacent to the Yavapai-Apache Nation’s Administration Building. The Human Resources program is comprised of four divisions: tribal employment, benefits, Workforce Investment Opportunity Act and the Tribal Employment Rights Office.
Johnson O’Malley Program
The Johnson O’Malley Program under Cindy Eaton, is located in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Johnson O’Malley Program provides educational resources to Native American students attending local schools, as well as a comprehensive tutoring program available to students at all of the Verde Valley schools as well as all tribal communities. Land & Water Program
The Land and Water Program/EPA under David Lewis, is located on the Yavapai-Apache Nation community of Camp Verde. The Land and Water Program is responsible for the conservation, protection and planning of tribal land and land use.
Management of Information Systems
The MIS Program under directorship of Kevin Shives is located in the Yavapai-Apache Nation’s Administration Building. The MIS Program provides technical support to the Yavapai-Apache Nation departments and programs.
Medical Center
The Yavapai-Apache Nation Medical Center under Trudy Clark, Medical Clinic Manager is located in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Medical Center provides healthcare services that include, primary medical care, behavioral health, dental, vision, and support services. All services provided through the Medical Center are by appointment only. The clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Public Relations

The Office of Public Relations Don Decker, manager, and Assistant Margie Campos is located in the Yavapai-Apache Nation’s Administration Building in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Public Relations Office provides public relations services to departments and programs, as well as publish a monthly tribal newsletter, maintain the Nations website and offers legislative and administrative support to the Executive Office.
Public Works
The Public Works Program under Debra Wathogoma, is located in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Public Works Program provides the Nation with general janitorial and maintenance services, fleet and motor pool services and coordinates the transportation planning and development for the government.
Recreation
The Recreation Program under Mina Eppinger is located in the Middle Verde and Clarkdale tribal community. The Recreation Program provides youth recreation activities, adult recreation programs, as well as an after school program and extra-curricular activities for tribal youth.
Senior Program
The Senior Program under Evelyn Turner is located in the Middle Verde and Clarkdale tribal community. The Senior Program provides daily meals to tribal seniors and elder, as well as daily activities and opportunities to travel.
Social Services
The Social Services Program is located in the Yavapai-Apache Nation’s Community Services Building in the Middle Verde tribal community. Social Services provides social programming to adult and youth clients, as well as child protective service, domestic violence prevention and tribal assistance.

The Montessori Children’s House under Mericka Bach is located in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Montessori school provides a foundation and reality-based education program to tribal, native and non-native students in the Verde Valley.

Tribal Court
The Tribal Court with and Associate Judge Lillian Ross, is located in the Yavapai-Apache Nation’s Administration Building in the Middle Verde tribal community. The Tribal Court enforces the laws and codes of the Yavapai-Apache Nation while working with clients and offenders through the Family Health Court, Probation and Advocacy.

Tribal Housing
The Tribal Housing Program under Nadie Beauty is located in Tunlii across the river from Middle Verde off of Highway 260 on Cherry Road east. The Tribal Housing Program provides general maintenance services to tribal tenants, as well a the construction, rehabilitation and development all housing on tribal lands.

Wellness Program
The Wellness Program with Robin Hazelwood provides tribal members with wellness, diabetes and health services such as a thorough fitness program, diabetes prevention, tobacco prevention. Office is in the Medical Building in Middle Verde. The WIC ( Women Infant and Children’s Program and community health awareness) under Renee Gonzales is also located in the Food Bank building.

Yavapai-Apache Police Department
The Public Safety Program is located in the Middle Verde tribal community next to the Social Service building. Public Safety is comprised of three divisions: police, criminal investigations and fire/emergency services. The Public Safety Program provides all public and community safety measures to all tribal communities.
