Election Board
The Election Board conducts the Nation’s elections for all positions on the Tribal Council and work to ensure that all tribal elections are conducted in a fair and non-partisan manner.

Tribal Enrollment Board
The Tribal Enrollment Board works with the Enrollment Office to develop codes for enrollment, research on clans and bands and enrollment of tribal members.

Land & Water and E.P.A Committee
The Land & Water and E.P.A. Committee works with the Nation’s Land & Water program to identify tribal lands, land uses, determine land plots and advises staff and Tribal Council on the basic infrastructure needs.

Gaming Commission
The Gaming Commission works with staff to ensure that the Nation’s gaming facility is in compliance with tribal, state and federal gaming laws.

The Yavapai-Apache Community Development Financial Institution and Community Lending Corporation Board of Directors has oversight of the operations of the CDFI, which acts as a lending organization for the Yavapai-Apache Nation. The Board is responsible to loan disbursements and note repayments.
